Clade Song 16

Strix Nyctea

i.

just don't know about humankind... nature deserves so much better...

ii.

from the brittle branch,
the single mind
dreams
country people, city people and townsfolk
snowbound,
night after night

the single mind
rises,
is a window with three doors,
floating seamlessly over a snowy field

behind the three doors, waits the yellow eye

Goanna snow skink Goanna darter slug coyote
